With 30 years of experience in psychotherapy, I specialise in helping clients navigate a wide range of complex issues, with a particular focus on trauma. My approach is deeply rooted in the use of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a proven technique for alleviating the distress associated with traumatic memories.
